Serious Violations

Compliance breaches that may trigger immediate action.

Serious violations include collecting premiums into personal accounts, using personal M-Pesa for business transactions, fake accounts, forged documents, altered KYC details, intentional misrepresentation, aggressive customer contact, and disclosure of internal compliance chats.

If suspended, check notifications, respond to requests, and provide accurate current documents. Do not create alternate accounts or bypass the review.
