What CIPs Can and Cannot Tell Customers

Your role is to help customers use the platform, generate quotes, and complete payment. Only explain what is shown in the app or official training.

You can explain app navigation, visible options, document status, basic workflows, and support routing.

You must not promise claim approval, interpret policy exclusions, provide legal advice, promise hidden discounts, confirm cover before payment completion, or use absolute claims like everything is covered.
