Why You May Be Unable to Issue Policies

Common reasons policy issuing is blocked.

Policy issuing can fail because payment is unconfirmed, STK Push failed, details are incomplete, KYC has errors, the vehicle class is wrong, valuation is missing, or the CIP account is under review.

Brand Assurance may review the transaction, confirm payment, verify KYC details, and check product rules before issuing.

The CIP should check payment status, confirm customer details, review vehicle information, and avoid promising cover before the app confirms it.
