How to Create a New Quote
The correct way to start and complete a customer quote.
Start with the customer and vehicle details shown in the app. Enter the actual policyholder phone and email, vehicle registration, class, cover type, and other required risk details.
Only use information confirmed by the customer and supported by their documents. Do not reuse another customer phone number or guess vehicle details.
Review the calculated quote with the customer before moving to payment. The quote amount must come from Brand Assurance systems, not manual estimates.
