What to Do If a Certificate Is Delayed
Safe steps when the policy certificate is not ready.
Do not tell the customer that cover is active until the app or official document confirms it.
A certificate may be delayed by payment confirmation, incorrect reference details, customer/KRA mismatch, vehicle details, underwriter processing, or automated verification.
Check payment status, confirm customer and vehicle details, and escalate through support with the policy or transaction reference.
