How Customers Should Pay
Approved customer payment channels.
Customers should pay through official Brand Assurance, underwriter, IPF, STK Push, Paybill, Till, bank, or other approved payment channels shown in the app.
STK Push is initiated in-app and confirms payment through the customer phone. Paybill and Till options must use official business numbers and correct references.
Avoid cash collections, personal M-Pesa payments, staff numbers, paying on behalf of customers, or any unofficial receipt.
